Situation

Leader in point of care diagnostics company needed to take the in-house design into production environment in record time to meet consumer demand.

Problem

Design has not been fully vetted for manufacturing DFX and no assembly and testing instruction was available. In addition, the time available was very aggressive due to consumer demand.

ODI Role

  • Worked with the customer team and worked through ODI checklist to make the quick download of available information.
  • Managed the materials inventory and provided system manufacturing, integration and customer FAT at the ODI facility
